Women's Wear

Women's wear from Hillesø & Company Designs falls into two primary categories: things that you could wear anywhere at any time, and those that are primarily for special occasions, aka "Festive Wear". All are unique garments that will quietly stand out in a crowd.

In addition to those listed below, take a look at the Wearable Art Gallery which shows many garments that are one-of-a-kind and examples of my work. In the Fashion Photo Gallery, you can see the results of a collaboration between myself, a photographer and stylist.

Below, are a couple of examples of my "Feng Shui for the Body". I create very wearable garments, often adaptations of indigenous or historical clothing and infuse them with meaning. Sometimes, that takes the form of painted linings, or block prints of symbols. Custom garments can be created with symbols specially selected to the wearer. Often, they are power or healing symbols placed inside the garment for a "private environment".
