Laotian Silk Jacket

This jacket was a challenge. It is made from a 14" wide runner, handwoven in Laos. With careful piecing, this jacket became a gem. It also features a unique construction technique with an underarm panel that extends from the hem through the sleeve for a remarkably comfortable fit. The jacket is fully lined in black silk satin jacquard. Sophisticated enough to go from office to evening.
